JOB OVERVIEW

nüll is a German digital agency building client-acquisition systems for consultants, law firms, and local professional-service businesses across Germany.

IMPORTANT — MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
You must have at least 5 full years of hands-on, professional Meta Ads experience managing paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns. General digital marketing, organic social media management, content creation, virtual-assistant work, certifications, or occasional boosting of posts do not count toward the five years. If Meta Ads has not been a core part of your paid professional work for at least five years, please do not apply.

We are hiring a dedicated Meta Ads specialist for an ongoing part-time role across multiple client accounts. This is a performance-advertising role, not a social-media-management position, and it is not suitable for beginners or generalists.

What you will own:
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for qualified enquiries, calls, and booked appointments
• Develop campaign, audience, offer, retargeting, copy, and creative-testing strategies
• Diagnose creative fatigue, poor lead quality, tracking problems, and funnel drop-off
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Events Manager, and attribution
• Work with our team on landing pages, lead forms, creatives, and offers
• Manage several client accounts and report on spend, CPL, qualified-lead rate, creative performance, and next actions
• Document completed work so every billed hour is connected to a visible task or deliverable

Required:
• 5+ full years personally managing Meta Ads accounts as a primary responsibility
• Proven lead-generation results for local services, professional services, agencies, consultants, or legal businesses
• Deep expertise in campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, lead forms, landing pages, and retargeting
• Strong Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Events Manager, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Clear written English and reliable independent execution
• German/DACH campaign experience or German reading ability is a major advantage

Do not apply if your main background is organic social media, content creation, community management, general virtual assistance, or another field with only limited Meta Ads exposure.

How to apply:
Begin your application with MANNHEIM. Answer every question directly and number your answers. Applications missing evidence or containing generic introductions will be skipped.

1. In what month and year did you begin managing Meta Ads professionally?
2. During how many of the last 60 months was Meta Ads a primary paid responsibility?
3. List at least five specific Meta Ads accounts you personally managed. For each, provide the industry, target country, approximate monthly spend, dates managed, campaign objective, and your exact responsibility. Client names may be anonymized.
4. Share two relevant lead-generation cases. Include industry, country, monthly spend, CPL, qualified-lead rate or downstream result, and exactly what you personally changed.
5. Explain your creative-testing process and how you d ---------- what to test next.
6. Explain how you implement and verify Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking.
7. What is the highest number of Meta Ads accounts you have personally managed at the same time?
8. Do you have German or DACH-market experience?
9. Attach or link your current résumé/CV.
10. Attach anonymized or redacted dashboard screenshots, account history, reports, or a short Loom walkthrough demonstrating the accounts you managed and the results achieved. Never share passwords, login credentials, customer information, or confidential client data.
11. Confirm your weekly availability and expected hourly rate.

Claims and evidence will be checked during a live technical interview using a hypothetical account scenario. There is no paid trial task. This is a long-term position with direct access to the founder and clear responsibility for measurable results.
