JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

Launch OS helps high-ticket businesses scale through marketing funnels and the systems that turn leads into qualified sales conversations.

We provide established funnel templates, design references, copy, and client brand assets. You adapt them into polished, responsive funnels and own the technical journey from lead capture through qualification, booking, follow-up, and sales-team handoff.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $2,000-$3,000 USD/month, based on demonstrated skills and experience.

• Engagement: Remote contractor, based in the Philippines; 40 working hours/week.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST, UTC-7), with a one-hour unpaid break each day.

• Time zone: Fixed MST year-round. In the Philippines, this is 11:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. the following day.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

• Funnels: VSL, webinar, lead magnet, squeeze, challenge, sales letter, and high-ticket ascension funnels using our existing templates.

• Client adaptations: Apply supplied copy and brand assets with accurate spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, forms, and mobile layouts.

• CRM systems: Build GoHighLevel and HubSpot pipelines, custom fields/properties, tags, segmentation, lead assignment, calendars, and internal notifications.

• Follow-up: Implement email/SMS sequences, pre-call nurture, appointment reminders, and qualified-applicant/no-booking follow-up. Our copywriter supplies the copy.

• Appointment journeys: Handle bookings, reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, post-call follow-up, and post-sale handoffs. Stop or change messaging when a lead's status changes.

• ManyChat: Build lead capture, qualification, segmentation, and CRM or human handoff flows.

• Integrations: Connect forms, calendars, CRMs, and other tools through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, and Make or Zapier where appropriate.

• Tracking: Implement and validate lead sources, UTMs, conversion events, and CRM attribution across the lead-to-booking journey.

• Reliability: Maintain opt-outs and suppression logic, troubleshoot failed workflows and integrations, and document systems for ongoing maintenance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced GoHighLevel AND HubSpot experience, with examples of systems you personally built and managed.

• Production experience building ManyChat automations and connecting them to a CRM.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for coding, debugging, and technical implementation. You can review generated changes, understand the underlying logic, and test the result.

• Strong HTML/CSS skills and practical JavaScript troubleshooting. You can adapt existing templates while preserving page quality, mobile responsiveness, usability, and loading speed.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and tools such as Make or Zapier, including field mapping, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting failed connections.

• Strong automation logic: branching, enrollment and exit conditions, lead routing, appointment changes, and opt-out handling.

• Ability to implement and validate conversion tracking and source attribution. You understand how high-ticket funnels lead to qualified sales calls.

• Excellent spoken and written English. You explain technical decisions clearly, ask precise questions, and communicate comfortably on calls.

• Proven ability to work independently, quality-check your own work, document what you build, and deliver against agreed deadlines.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• CRO and A/B testing, with examples of measurable funnel improvements.

• Git/version control and safe release or rollback practices for custom code.

• Domain/DNS and SSL setup, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and deliverability troubleshooting.

OWNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION

We want someone who takes pride in winning for our clients and takes ownership from brief through launch.

• Anticipate problems, recommend solutions, and follow issues through to a tested resolution.

• Provide clear progress updates and raise blockers with a proposed next step.

• Flag risks before they become missed deadlines and communicate proactively during launches or urgent troubleshooting.

• Agree priorities, availability, and any additional hours and compensation together.

OUR QUALITY STANDARD

Your handoff should be ready for final business approval. You are accountable for checking your work and resolving defects in your deliverables.

• Check spacing, mobile layouts, links, forms, calendars, integrations, and tracking before handoff.

• Test complete user journeys, including duplicate submissions, changed appointment status, workflow exit conditions, and opt-outs.

• Deliver a polished build with clear documentation and completed QA.

AI SUPPORTS YOUR EXPERTISE

We use AI tools, including Claude Code and Codex, to improve execution. You must understand how a process works before automating it and be able to explain, test, and troubleshoot what you build without depending on AI. You remain responsible for the logic, implementation, and finished result.

HOW TO APPLY

2. Include a brief video walkthrough in English of one system, explaining its logic and how you tested it. Use a demo or redact confidential client information.

3. Explain how you would handle a qualified applicant who hasn't booked, and what should happen when they book, reply, or opt out.

4. Summarize your experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ManyChat, Claude Code, and Codex. Include your availability for the listed schedule and expected monthly USD compensation.
