Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Recruiting here is part people skills, part detective work, and part keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. You’ll help us find great people, guide candidates through the hiring process, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Role:
- Manage the recruitment process across multiple roles, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates through interviews, selection, and onboarding
- Find great candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, Boolean searches, and targeted outreach
- Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to identify strong candidates
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, background/reference checks, and candidate follow-ups
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and make sure all required documents and requirements are completed
- Prepare onboarding materials and help new team members transition smoothly into the company
- Work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and internal teams to keep recruitment moving
- Create and improve recruitment templates, interview guides, assessments, checklists, and workflows
- Identify ways to make our recruiting and onboarding processes faster, smoother, and more organized
- Keep track of deadlines, follow-ups, outstanding actions, and multiple hiring priorities at once
Requirements:

- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone, video call,
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their work
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- Experience with spreadsheets, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, databases, and online tools
- Able to handle confidential candidate and employee information professionally
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or candidate coordination experience is a plus
