JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are a growing US-based executive search and recruiting firm specializing in the Heavy Civil, Manufacturing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction industries. We connect elite talent (Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, and Plant Managers) with top-tier industrial and contracting companies across the United States.

We are seeking a seasoned, high-stamina Outbound BPO Veteran to join our team as an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist. You will not be selling low-ticket software or consumer products; you will be calling high-level industrial decision-makers to set appointments for the agency owner.

This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity operating on a permanent US Night Shift (Eastern/Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:
• High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute 100+ cold calls per day targeting US manufacturing plant managers, operations directors, and mechanical contractors.
• Appointment Setting: Overcome gatekeepers, pitch our recruiting/staffing solutions, and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the agency owner.
• Data Validation: Update our CRM with accurate contact details, direct dial numbers, and tracking notes during your shift.
• Candidate Scripting (Secondary): Occasionally call potential job candidates to verify their current employment status and gauge their openness to new career opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• BPO Voice Mastery: Minimum of 2 to 3+ years of solid outbound cold calling experience in a high-volume BPO environment specifically targeting US business clients (B2B).
• Industry Knowledge (Highly Preferred): Prior experience making calls into the US Manufacturing, Industrial Supply, Logistics/Freight, or MEP Construction sectors. You must know what words like "HVAC," "Piping," "CNC Machining," and "Estimator" mean.
• Flawless Communication: A highly professional, warm, and neutral English speaking voice with natural conversational confidence. You must be able to think on your feet without relying purely on a script.
• Thick Skin & Grit: A proven track record of handling high-rejection environments with a positive attitude.
Technical & Workspace Requirements:
• Hardware: A dedicated, modern laptop or desktop PC (Core i5 or higher, minimum 8GB RAM).
• Audio Equipment: A high-quality USB headset equipped with active hardware noise-canceling capabilities (to completely block out background ambient noise).
• Internet Power: A reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps symmetric download/upload), plus a verified mobile data or secondary ISP backup.
• Power Redundancy: A functional power bank or mini-UPS backup setup for your router and laptop to ensure continuous uptime during local power flickers.
• Environment: A completely quiet, isolated home office space strictly free from family, pet, or traffic disruptions during shift hours.

Compensation & Perks:
• Competitive Base Salary: Negotiable based on your verifiable outbound call track record (paid bi-weekly via Wise).
• Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Generous cash incentives paid for every qualified appointment that successfully holds, plus massive milestone cash bonuses when your leads convert into a closed placement fee.
• 13th-Month Pay: Fully included annually for top-performing team members.

? HOW TO APPLY (CRITICAL SCREENING STEP):
To ensure you possess high attention to detail, applications that do not follow these three exact steps will be immediately archived without review:
1. Submit your updated resume outlining your specific US outbound BPO calling history.
2. Provide a screenshot of your live internet speed test from Speedtest.net.
3. Go to ---------- (or use a Loom video link) and record a 60-second audio clip. Introduce yourself, summarize your experience calling US businesses, and explain how you confidently handle a busy executive who tells you, "I don't have time for this, click." Include the link to your recording directly in your application text.
