Starworks HQ gets marketing agencies and businesses recommended by ChatGPT. I'm Ben, the founder, in Melbourne, Australia. I need a reliable, long-term person to keep our sales moving during the day. I write everything down, I pay every week on the same day, and I answer any questions every afternoon.
THE WORK
- Research Australian marketing agency owners and check each one fits our target list
- Message and manage LinkedIn accounts
- Track and manage Meta + LinkedIn Ads
- Run social media accounts
- General outreach and lead gen
- Message every new Meta and LinkedIn ad lead within 2 hours, and follow up until they book or say no
- Keep our deals board accurate
- Book qualified calls into my calendar
- General personal assistant for me
- Send me a short report at the end of each day
- Later: run outreach from your own LinkedIn profile as Partnerships, Starworks HQ
HOURS
About 30-40 hours a week, more for the right person. Most of it between 7am and 6pm Manila time (10am to 9pm Melbourne).
PAY
US$650 a month retainer, paid weekly through Wise to your GCash or bank account. Plus US$20 for every qualified call you book that actually shows up. Plus a 13th-month bonus in December. Pay reviewed at 3 months. Major bonus for large deals done.
YOU'RE A FIT IF
- You've done LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting for a B2B client
- You write natural, warm English (not "Dear Sir/Madam"), and very proficient in the language
- You have stable internet plus a mobile-data backup
- You want one long-term role with a founder who will invest in you
TO APPLY
1. Start your message with the word Kangaroo.
2. Put my first name spelled backwards in the subject line.
3. In under 120 words, write the LinkedIn connection note you would send to the owner of a 10-person SEO agency in Sydney. Write it yourself, without AI. I want to hear your voice.
4. Attach a speedtest.net screenshot.
5. Use exactly 8 Apply Points.
I won't read applications that miss any of these steps. I never ask applicants for money, and I never run unpaid trials.
