JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced social media professional to grow engagement, build community, and create meaningful conversations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Immediate hire for candidates with brand deal experience, sponsorship collaboration, and a track record of daily results backed by stats and reports.

Responsibilities

• Increase engagement through comments, sharing, outreach, and community interaction
• Respond to messages and comments professionally and consistently
• Help create buzz, visibility, and audience growth
• Support brand deal and sponsorship collaboration
• Maintain strong communication with management
• Track daily stats and submit weekly performance reports with measurable results

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing social media communities
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Examples of accounts managed and results achieved
• Available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability
• Must have clear, set hours available during Eastern Standard Time (EST); we are flexible about splitting those hours across the day

Compensation

• $4.00–$7.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
• Higher pay considered after the one month, once goals are met

Training & Trial Period

• Training starts Monday, so you must be available to begin then
• Two-day onboarding and training period (unpaid)
• The first month focuses on engagement and evaluating performance, communication, reliability, and results
• Strong performers earn a long-term role, with a full-time opportunity possible the following month
