We’re looking for a **strong English-speaking recruiter** who knows how to communicate, motivate people, and GET PEOPLE TO WORK.

This is not just an HR paperwork position.

Your job is to take applicants from **“I’m interested” → interviewed → onboarded → trained → BOOTS ON THE GROUND working.**

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
• Recruiting and screening canvassers
• Calling and messaging applicants throughout the day
• Conducting phone/video interviews
• Explaining pay, schedules, expectations, and job requirements clearly
• Following up aggressively with qualified applicants
• Helping workers complete onboarding and training
• Coordinating people with field managers and deployment teams
• Tracking who is hired, trained, ready, and ACTIVE
• Re-engaging people who stop responding or fail to show
• Keeping recruiting spreadsheets and applicant records organized

**We Need Someone Who:**
• Speaks and writes **excellent English**
• Is confident and professional on the phone
• Has strong people skills and knows how to SELL THE OPPORTUNITY
• Is persistent and does not give up after one unanswered call
• Can handle a high volume of applicants
• Is organized and comfortable with spreadsheets, WhatsApp, calls, and online systems
• Understands that a hire does not count until that person is actually working
• Can work independently without needing constant supervision

? **RESULTS MATTER**

We don’t need someone who just sends messages and waits.

We need someone who follows up, solves problems, gets applicants through the process, and helps us put **qualified canvassers into the field as quickly as possible.**

**FULL-TIME**
8-hour shifts available
Work available through **November 3rd**
Fast-paced political canvassing operation

Experience in **recruiting, staffing, sales, call centers, appointment setting, or high-volume hiring** is a major plus.
