I run a company called Qemoza. We make video ads for
This is a full time role, and it is ongoing.
The first step is a short paid trial. I pay for it whether or not I hire you.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE EDITING
Vertical video ads for Meta. About one to five minutes each.
Some longer VSLs as well. Those are horizontal, and they need motion graphics.
The raw footage is me talking to camera. You get the script with it.
HOW MUCH WORK THERE IS
About 25 ads a month, somewhere between 20 and 30, plus a VSL most weeks. It is full time work.
THE JOB
Turn that footage into an ad people watch.
A video might need motion graphics, text headlines that hit the direct points, b-roll to show an idea I am only saying, a clip pulled from a customer testimonial, music and sound effects.
Three things matter, in this order.
1. Clarity. Every point I make has to reach the viewer.
2. Professionalism. Every lead we get watches these videos, and it is the first time they meet us.
3. Engagement. It has to be easy to watch, and the first 5 seconds most of all.
WHAT I WANT TO SEE
- Video ads you have edited.
- Smooth, professional cuts with motion graphics.
- You reply the same working day.
- You work on your own. I give you the footage and a brief, not step by step instructions.
- You get work back to me quickly.
A bonus if you can make your own AI b-roll. We look for people who can.
THE TOOL
I will train you to edit with Claude Code. It strips the silences out of a cut and moves things around in seconds, and it saves a lot of time. You do not need to know it before you start. I teach it on the job. If you have used Claude already, say so.
PAY
The trial is paid by the hour, at the rate you tell me when you apply. It is capped at 2 hours and I pay it either way.
My budget for it is $15 to $25 per hour in USD.
Once we are working together I pay per ad, not by the hour. So how fast you get good at this is yours to keep.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply here on OnlineJobs. Send a few ads you have cut, and your hourly rate in US dollars.
If it looks like a fit, I message you a short form, and then the paid trial.
