Marketing Specialist
Content creation social media SEO fundamentals and campaign delivery

URGENT HIRING
Qore Team | Remote | Long-term independent contractor | UK business hours / flexible
We welcome applications from Philippines-based professionals. The gross contractor fee is negotiable according to relevant experience, capability and agreed scope.

About Qore Team
Qore Team provides outsourced marketing and sales-development services and is expanding into remote IT support. We help businesses build their pipelines, strengthen their marketing and deliver dependable services. We are growing our remote team, initially focused on the UK, with Australia in our wider plans.

The opportunity
We need a capable marketing practitioner who can turn a brief into clear content, consistent social activity and measurable campaign delivery. You will support Qore’s own marketing and agreed client work, adapting content to different brands and audiences. This role suits someone who can write well, produce practical creative assets, maintain basic website content and work closely with sales.
Works with the Marketing Manager, Managing Director and sales team.
You will contribute directly to a growing business, help shape practical ways of working and see the impact of your work. Priorities may change as the business develops; we will agree achievable responsibilities and delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

Create useful and persuasive content
• Plan and write website copy, landing pages, articles, email campaigns, social posts, case studies and sales-support content suited to the audience and objective.
• Research topics and interview colleagues or clients to extract useful insights. Check facts, edit carefully and maintain the agreed brand voice.
• Create and adapt graphics, presentations and short-form video using tools such as Canva, Adobe applications or equivalent. Keep a consistent visual standard.
• Manage a content calendar from brief and draft through approval, publication and repurposing. Organise assets and use appropriate permissions and licences.

Manage social media and campaign execution
• Plan, schedule and publish platform-appropriate content, particularly for B2B LinkedIn activity and other channels relevant to each brief.
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement; respond within agreed boundaries and route sales enquiries or sensitive issues to the right person.
• Coordinate email and content campaigns with sales outreach. Maintain consistent messaging and help turn campaign engagement into a useful follow-up.
• Track results, test messaging and formats, and recommend changes. Explain performance using relevant engagement, traffic, enquiry and conversion measures.

Apply SEO and website fundamentals
• Carry out basic keyword and search-intent research. Improve headings, page titles, metadata, internal links, image descriptions and content structure.
• Publish and update pages through a CMS such as WordPress or an equivalent platform. Check links, forms, mobile presentation and basic usability.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to understand performance and identify issues. Apply campaign tracking links where appropriate.
• Recognise when specialist development, design or technical SEO support is needed and prepare a clear brief. Advanced web development is outside the core scope.

Required skills and experience
• At least two years of relevant digital marketing experience, with a portfolio showing work you personally created and delivered.
• Very high written and spoken English proficiency. You must write accurate, persuasive UK-market content with minimal editing and communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
• Strong copywriting, editing and content-repurposing skills across web, email and social channels.
• Practical social media management experience, including planning, scheduling, publishing, community interaction and reporting.
• Sound fundamental knowledge of SEO, website content management and basic web usability.
• Ability to create professional visual content and make straightforward video edits using suitable design and editing tools.
• Working knowledge of analytics, campaign measurement and the difference between audience activity and meaningful business outcomes.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several briefs, deadlines and brand voices without losing quality.
• Willingness and reliable availability to work UK business hours, with clear remote communication and ownership of agreed deliverables.

Preferred experience
• Experience in an outsourced marketing company, digital agency or another business delivering work for several clients.
• Experience marketing B2B services, MSP or IT services, professional services or SaaS to UK or Australian audiences.
• Experience with email marketing, basic marketing automation, CRM handoffs or paid-campaign support. Any advanced paid-media responsibilities will be scoped separately.

What success looks like
Success means accurate, on-brand content is published on time, social channels are managed consistently and campaign reporting leads to practical improvements. We will agree measures around content quality, relevant engagement, search and website performance, enquiries and contribution to the sales pipeline.

Availability and contractor terms
The role is full time, 8 hours per day. However, for the right candidate we can be flexible. Reliable availability during agreed UK business hours is essential, including adjustment when UK clocks change. Exact working windows and weekly hours will be agreed before the engagement begins. Tell us your earliest realistic start date and any availability constraints.
• This is a long-term independent contractor engagement. The gross fee, service scope, weekly hours, payment currency and invoicing terms will be agreed in writing. Any incentive arrangement must be agreed separately.
• You must independently manage and fund the legal, administrative, operational and financial responsibilities of providing your services: relevant registrations and permissions, tax returns and payments, bookkeeping, invoicing, applicable social contributions, insurance, healthcare and provision for time off.
• Provide and maintain your own suitable computer, headset, secure workspace, reliable internet and power, and practical backup arrangements. Include your normal equipment, connectivity, utilities, administration and operating costs in your quoted fee.
• No separate employee benefits, allowances or reimbursements are included unless agreed in writing or required by applicable law. Access to Qore or client systems and any campaign-specific costs will be agreed separately; do not incur expenditure on their behalf without approval.
• Organise your work independently to meet agreed outcomes, UK availability, confidentiality and security requirements. The written agreement and actual working arrangements must comply with applicable law; statutory rights and obligations cannot be waived by describing the engagement as contracting.
