JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable AI Video Creator / Video Editor to join our e-commerce team and help create short-form AI video ads for products we test and scale online.
The videos you will be creating are typically only 10–15 seconds long.
You do NOT need to find products or come up with video concepts from scratch. We will provide you with the products, product images/assets, reference videos, and step-by-step Loom training showing our complete workflow.

Please review the example videos before applying. This will give you a clear understanding of the style and quality of content you will be creating.
Your workflow will include:
- Reviewing reference videos
- Capturing the correct screenshot/reference frames
- Using ChatGPT to create accurate image prompts
- Generating AI images that match the reference
- Creating Seedance 2.0 video prompts
- Generating AI video clips
- Editing the finished videos in CapCut
- Checking each video for AI errors before submitting
Starting workload:
- Approximately 2 products per day
- Around 5 videos per product
- Approximately 10 finished videos per day
- Videos are generally 10–15 seconds each
Once you become comfortable with our workflow and can maintain consistent quality, the workload may increase to approximately 10–15 videos per day across 2–3 products.
There will be a paid 2-week trial period. During the trial, we will be looking at your consistency, communication, reliability, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, ability to take feedback, and overall video quality.
After successfully completing the trial period, you will move into the regular long-term position.
You should be comfortable using or willing to learn:
- ChatGPT
- AI image-generation tools
- Seedance 2.0 / AI video generation
- CapCut
- Google Drive
Previous AI content creation experience is helpful, but it is not required if you are a fast learner and can follow detailed instructions.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, is dependable, pays attention to small details, can follow reference videos closely, asks questions when confused, takes feedback well, and can work without constant supervision.
