**About Us**
All Purpose Branding (APB) is a full-service custom apparel decoration and branding company based in Los Angeles, California. Since 2012, we've grown into a 30,000 sq ft operation offering screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, and full-package apparel manufacturing. We're a fast-moving team experiencing real growth, and we're expanding our crew to match. **The Role**
You'll be the starting point of our production line. In this role, you'll turn customer artwork into print-ready screen separations and work directly with our Los Angeles production team to make sure every job prints right the first time. Clean files, accurate color, and fast turnaround keep our presses running.

**What You'll Do**
- Separate artwork into spot color, simulated process, and halftone channels for screen printing
- Prepare customer artwork by vectorizing, correcting low-resolution files, and building underbases and highlight whites
- Set up film/CTS output with correct registration marks, mesh counts, and halftone settings
- Collaborate with the production team to match colors and resolve print issues
- Keep files organized and meet daily turnaround deadlines
- Flag problem artwork early and bring solutions, not just problems

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in color separation for screen printing
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills (Separation Studio, Spot Process, or similar is a plus)
- Solid understanding of ink, mesh, and halftone behavior on garments
- Excellent written English and clear communication
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Self-starter who works well independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and a computer that runs Adobe Creative Cloud

**Compensation**
$5.00 to $8.00 USD/hour, depending on experience, with a pay increase once you're up to speed and performing. We invest in people who prove themselves.
This is a long-term, stable position with room to grow as the company scales.

**Schedule**
Full-time, with working hours aligned to US Pacific Time (Los Angeles) business hours.
