JOB OVERVIEW

We are a San Francisco Bay Area cleaning-services company hiring a remote sales closer in the Philippines.

You will work US Pacific hours, follow up leads the same day, book jobs in Zoho CRM, and handle customer tickets in Zoho Desk.

What we need
- Strong sales experience (phone and written follow-up). Cleaning, home services, or field-service sales is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk (required).
- Clear English, reliable internet, and a set Pacific Time shift (day or night).

Pay
- Base: $600 per month
- Commission: 0.5% on new jobs from existing customers, and 1% on a job from a new customer
- Team bonus: if the company hits the monthly sales goal, a prorated bonus is added on top of commission.
