JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Manager with strong spoken and written English.

You will help manage the company’s daily operations, including:

* Answering incoming calls, texts, and emails
* Coordinating client bookings with massage therapists
* Managing same-day and urgent requests
* Communicating with clients and therapists
* Recruiting and onboarding new therapists
* Following up with clients and encouraging rebooking
* Reactivating past clients and helping sell packages and memberships
* Keeping GoHighLevel and company records updated
* Following SOPs and reporting daily progress and KPIs
* Solving problems without requiring constant supervision

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, calm under pressure, Speaks Excellent English, comfortable speaking with customers, and accountable for completing their responsibilities. Experience with customer service, dispatch, scheduling, recruitment, or GoHighLevel is preferred.

Additional commissions are available for defined revenue-generating activities.
