JOB OVERVIEW

LightSource Printing is a California-based printing and promotional products company looking for a full-time Customer Service & Order Coordinator to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on helping manage active customer orders, communicating with vendors, tracking production, and keeping jobs moving from order through delivery.

Responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer emails professionally and promptly
• Requesting pricing, stock information, and production timelines from vendors
• Following up with vendors on quotes, proofs, production and shipping
• Entering and maintaining customer and job information
• Processing orders and purchase-order information
• Coordinating artwork and proofs with customers and vendors
• Tracking shipments and providing customers with order-status updates
• Helping manage reorders and repeat jobs
• Keeping our shared inbox and job tasks organized
• Following established procedures and escalating questions when needed

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent written and spoken English
• Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers and vendors
• Can manage multiple jobs and deadlines at the same time
• Takes ownership of follow-ups and does not let tasks fall through the cracks
• Is comfortable learning new software and following documented procedures

Printing or promotional-products industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with ASI, SAGE, DistributorCentral, print production, promotional products, or similar industries is a major plus.

This position will initially focus on customer service, order coordination and vendor follow-up. Final pricing decisions, major purchasing decisions and sensitive financial matters will remain with management.

We expect a significant training period while you learn our customers, vendors and processes. We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position who can grow with our company.
