JOB OVERVIEW

We need an organized Dispatcher / Scheduler to keep our field technicians' day running smoothly across multiple US service areas.

What you'll do
- Build and manage daily technician schedules and routes
- Assign jobs based on location, skills and availability
- Communicate in real time with technicians and customers about delays, changes and arrivals
- Handle same-day emergencies and reschedules
- Make sure every completed job has notes, photos and invoices in the system

Requirements
- 1+ year dispatching or scheduling experience for field service, logistics or home services (US accounts)
- Hands-on experience with Workiz, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or similar
- Comfortable with Google Maps, multitasking and fast decisions
- Strong English, calm under pressure, very detail-oriented
- Available during US Eastern Time hours, including some Saturdays
