JOB OVERVIEW

US home services company seeking a confident Outbound Sales Agent to turn estimates and past customers into booked jobs.

What you'll do
- Call and text customers who received an estimate but haven't booked
- Reactivate past customers for seasonal and annual services
- Promote special offers and referral campaigns
- Book appointments and update every lead's status in the CRM
- Hit weekly call and booking targets

Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and a positive, persuasive phone voice
- 1+ year outbound sales, telesales or appointment-setting experience with US clients
- Comfortable with rejection and with tracking numbers (calls, bookings, conversion)
- CRM experience (Workiz, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar) is a plus
- Stable internet, quiet workspace, available during US Eastern Time hours
