JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Seasonal Recruitment VA to support our team during a high-volume hiring period.
Your primary responsibility will be to screen applicants for 1099 independent contractor door-to-door canvassing positions across various U.S. campaigns.

This is a short-term seasonal position through November 3, 2026. We are specifically looking for someone who can start soon and commit to the full contract period.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to applicants who applied for our canvassing positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings using our screening questions and guidelines.
Verify applicants' location, availability, work experience, and other basic qualifications.
Explain the canvassing position, compensation, and general expectations to applicants.
Answer applicants' basic questions about the hiring process.
Identify qualified applicants and endorse them for the next stage of the hiring process.
Follow up with applicants when needed.
Update applicant information and screening results in our tracking system.
Coordinate with the recruitment team through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Provide regular updates on applicant screening and recruitment progress.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with applicants over the phone.
Previous experience in recruitment, applicant screening, HR, customer service, telemarketing, or call center work is preferred.
Comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day.
Organized and able to accurately document applicant information.
Reliable internet connection and working computer.
Quiet environment suitable for phone calls.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
Able to work during U.S. business hours.
Must be available to commit through November 3, 2026.
