We’re looking for a highly organized person to turn our content library into an easy-to-use resource for our video editing team. ?
The role has two phases:
1. Initial organization sprint (first few days)
Review content across multiple folders, use Recharm to find footage, and manually tag and sort assets by flavor into a clear folder structure. Prioritize the most useful content so our editors can get started quickly.
2. Ongoing content management
Organize incoming content and cut existing footage into individual, usable shots, building an extensive library for each flavor.
You must have:
- Previous experience organizing a large content or media library, with examples of similar work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach.
- Basic video editing skills to cut and export individual clips.
This work directly supports our editing team, so accuracy matters. The initial sorting can be repetitive, and we want to be upfront about that. But we pay well for someone who does it properly, and we’ll send you Honeybalms too! ;)
To apply: Share your relevant experience, an example of a library you’ve organized, your hourly rate, and your availability for both the initial sprint and ongoing work.
