We are a privately owned real estate business with residential and commercial rental properties in Florida. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and dependable to manage daily operations remotely.
You’ll work directly with ownership and coordinate with local personnel for anything requiring an on-site visit.
What you’ll do
- Communicate with tenants and follow up on questions, complaints, and requests.
- Track rent payments, overdue balances, and promised payment dates.
- Coordinate repairs: contact vendors, compare quotes, schedule work, and verify completion.
- Help market vacancies, respond to inquiries, and coordinate showings and applications.
- Track lease renewals, rent increases, and important deadlines.
- Keep payment records, invoices, leases, and property files organized.
- Send ownership a brief weekly update highlighting progress and decisions needed.
Who we’re looking for:
You communicate clearly in English, are comfortable making calls to U.S. tenants and contractors, and can manage several ongoing tasks independently.
U.S. property-management experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Buildium, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or Excel is helpful.
Most importantly, you follow through. If a tenant promises payment, you check. If a contractor misses an appointment, you follow up. When owner approval is needed, you bring the details and a recommendation.
Schedule and pay
- Remote, Philippines.
- Four consistent weekdays, five hours per day.
- Entire shift must fall between 10 AM and 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
- $400 USD/month starting compensation, reviewed after 60–90 days.
- Long-term opportunity; no 24/7 on-call requirement.
You must have a US phone number that you can text people and make calls on.
To apply
Send your resume, a brief summary of your relevant experience and software skills, your availability in Eastern Time, and a 2–3 minute video introduction.
