DanCookedIt is a fast-growing food YouTube channel, and we're hiring a full-time Executive Assistant / Channel Manager to be the organizational backbone of the operation. You'll work directly with Dan to keep the content machine running and help shape where the channel goes next. This is not a generic VA role — it's for someone who truly wants to work in the YouTube industry.
What you'll own day-to-day:
Manage and maintain the upload schedule, adjusting on the fly when things get delayed or change.
Publish content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and
Support short-form content strategy and channel growth.
Research trends, viral formats, and new video ideas.
General executive assistance: calendar management, inbox support, and keeping operations organized.
Who you are:
You genuinely love YouTube — you watch it all the time, understand what makes great content, and want to build a career in the industry.
YouTube experience is a big plus (your own channel, previous channel management, etc.).
Highly organized and great with calendars.
Fast learner who figures things out without hand-holding.
Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
Available full-time on EST (Eastern Time) — no exceptions.
Details:
Full-time, 30–60 hours/week.
$1,200–$2,000/month depending on experience.
