JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone who wants to build the growth engine behind an ambitious golf coaching business. You’ll work directly with me, take ownership of meaningful projects, and help turn good ideas into a customer journey that attracts the right golfers and keeps them engaged. We’ll begin with in-person coaching, then build online coaching, an academy and further opportunities for our golf trip business. There is room for this to become a much bigger role as the work proves itself.

I’m an Australian golf coach with an established in-person business, long-term client success stories and golf trips that already sell to my email audience. I have a clear direction, but I need a capable person who can help shape the steps, build them and keep them moving.

Your first project will be to make the path into coaching work better. Together we’ll clarify the initial coaching offer. You’ll build or improve the relevant website page, connect the booking and email follow-up, present client results well, and help us see where interested golfers become paying clients or drop away.

You should be able to personally build attractive, easy-to-use pages and email journeys, write clear and natural English, and organise a project from a rough brief through to launch. I want someone who brings ideas, asks good questions, finishes the work and improves it using what we learn. The look, customer journey and overall digital experience should be world class. That is my operating mantra, and I want someone who shares that standard.

This is a long-term remote role, starting at 15–20 hours per week with flexible hours and some overlap with Queensland, Australia. Pay is US$3–15 per hour depending on experience. Hours can grow as the work and business results support it.
