JOB OVERVIEW

**Coastal Balance is seeking experienced billing, credentialing, and accounting support!**

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional or team to assist with:

- **Medical billing:** Claim submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and insurance follow-up.
- **Provider credentialing:** Insurance enrollment, CAQH updates, recredentialing, and application tracking.
- **Accounts receivable (A/R):** Outstanding insurance and patient balances, aging reports, collections follow-up, and reconciliation.
- **Payroll (P/R) and accounting:** Payroll processing, bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Applicants should have medical practice experience, strong communication skills, and a consistent record of accurate work and timely follow-through. **Experience with Jane App and Availity is preferred.**
