JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an editor and social media strategist to help ---------- My Jewish Journey on Instagram.

The content should feel clear, personal, and useful, not overly polished or preachy.

What you’ll do
- Edit short talking-head Reels from footage I record: clean cuts, accurate captions, a strong opening, and a consistent cover.
- Turn approved footage into Trial Reel variations when there is a meaningful hook or format to test.
- Help plan a sustainable posting calendar and suggest specific improvements based on actual results.
- Review reach, watch time, shares, saves, comments, and follows weekly, then recommend what to repeat or change.
- Organize footage, exports, captions, and performance notes so production stays easy to manage.

What I’m looking for
- Strong examples of short-form editing and Instagram strategy.
- Good judgment about hooks and pacing without clickbait or excessive effects.
- Excellent attention to spelling. Jewish and Hebrew terms must be checked against the supplied script.
- Clear communication, reliable deadlines, and comfort receiving feedback.
- Respect for my natural camera color, voice, and meaning. Please don’t change the color grade or use AI to alter what I said.

You do not need to be Jewish. I’ll provide the content direction and source notes; I’ll approve religious claims and personal wording. This role does not include publishing, replying to followers, or accessing my account unless we agree to that separately.
