JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist with direct marketing agency experience to take ownership of day-to-day project coordination, marketing operations, contractor follow-up, and executive support.

The goal of this role is to keep projects moving, ensure contractors and internal team members meet deadlines, maintain organized marketing operations, and give Christian the freedom to focus on strategy, client relationships, and business growth rather than execution and follow-up.

Required Qualifications
Direct experience working within a marketing, advertising, creative, or performance marketing agency is required.
Proven experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously in an agency environment.
Hands-on experience coordinating creative contractors, freelancers, UGC creators, designers, editors, or similar marketing resources.
Strong project management and follow-up skills.
Experience using Notion for project/task management and maintaining centralized project information.
Experience with marketing operations, creative production workflows, or campaign support.
Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude for content and marketing workflows.
Strong written and spoken English.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to proactively identify blockers rather than waiting for instructions.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Strong communication and follow-through when working with contractors and internal team members.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Billo or similar UGC/creator platforms.
Experience coordinating UGC creators and managing creative submissions.
Experience with advertising creative production and direct-response marketing.
Experience working with paid media/performance marketing teams.
Experience maintaining SOPs and internal agency processes.
Experience with tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting a founder, agency owner, or marketing executive
