Schedule: Flexible; work completed during the first week of each month

TDY Hero is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper or small business accountant to handle our monthly financial reporting using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

Review and reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
Prepare accurate, detailed monthly profit and loss statements.
Approximately only 200 bank transactions a month.
Prepare monthly balance sheets.
Ensure transactions are properly categorized and financial records are up to date.

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks and small business bookkeeping.
Knowledge of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and basic small business tax preparation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and communicate through chat when questions arise.

Work Arrangement: This is a flexible, independent role with no ongoing accounting responsibilities outside the monthly reporting process. All work must be completed during the first week of each month.
