JOB OVERVIEW

**Virtual Assistant — Key Responsibilities**

* **Podcast Production:** Edit and publish weekly podcast episodes, including video/audio editing, thumbnails, graphics, show notes, transcripts, metadata, and YouTube/Transistor uploads.
* **Short-Form Content:** Create and distribute engaging clips for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, including captions, subtitles, graphics, music, and motion effects.
* **Content Distribution:** Manage episode promotion, email newsletters, guest communication, social posts, tagging, stories, CRM updates, and website/link updates.
* **Podcast Growth Support:** Research audience/customer profiles, identify potential guests, and implement evolving podcast strategy.
* **Real Estate Marketing:** Support social media content, Google Reviews, Google Ads, website updates, and coordination with web developers.
* **Administrative Support:** Daily email management, troubleshooting, digital profile updates, and other marketing/administrative tasks as needed.
