JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international DTC jewelry company looking for a Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support and control our end-to-end Supply Chain operation across fulfillment, suppliers, logistics, inventory and product quality.
The priority of this role is operational visibility and control: understanding what is open, what is at risk, what is blocked, what needs follow-up, and when something needs to be escalated.
What you will do
Monitor order fulfillment and operational exceptions
Follow up with suppliers and fulfillment partners
Manage OOS / delayed order follow-ups
Monitor inventory availability and replenishment risks
Review shipping exceptions, RTS and lost-in-transit cases
Coordinate replacements and reshipments
Monitor product quality issues and recurring SKU problems
Maintain accurate Supply Chain data and trackers
Identify recurring or systemic operational issues
Escalate risks early with clear context and recommended next steps
Support Supply Chain SOPs and process improvements
Identify repetitive manual work that can be simplified or automated
What we are looking for
Strong experience in ecommerce Supply Chain, Operations, Fulfillment or Logistics
Strong understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle
Excellent ownership, follow-up and escalation judgment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable managing multiple open issues and priorities
Experience working with suppliers and external partners
Able to identify patterns and root causes, not only individual cases
Strong written English
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
AI & automation mindset
We want someone who is curious, AI-native and comfortable challenging manual processes.
You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to analyze issues, improve workflows and explore better solutions.
Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation tools is strongly preferred.
You do not need to be an automation developer, but you should be able to identify what can be automated, explain the business logic and help test the workflow.
Nice to have
Experience with Shopify, Parcel Panel, 3PL / fulfillment systems, supplier management, inventory management, product QA, Google Sheets / Excel, and DTC ecommerce.
What success looks like
You should be able to clearly explain:
What is open?
What is at risk?
What is blocked?
What needs follow-up?
What needs escalation?
What problem is repeating?
What should we improve or automate?
The goal is to build a Supply Chain operation that is well controlled, documented and not dependent on one person to keep it running.
Remote, full-time position.
