JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and maintaining complete medical records. If you're a fast learner with excellent listening and typing skills, we'd love to have you on our team.

Fresh graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately document patient visits in real time or from recorded encounters.
Prepare and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Record patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans as directed by the provider.
Assist with chart preparation, referrals, orders, and other documentation tasks.
Ensure all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Communicate effectively with providers and the healthcare team to clarify documentation when needed.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:
Medical background required (e.g., nursing, allied health, or related field)
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and documentation standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong English grammar, spelling, and typing skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quick learner with the ability to understand medical terminology and clinical workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
Experience as a Medical Scribe or in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not required (training may be provided).

Compensation:
Starting at PHP 18,000 per month

Equipment Requirements:
Laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum speed of 100 Mbps)
Backup internet connection and power supply
Webcam
Headset or earphones
