JOB OVERVIEW

Creator Onboarding Assistant - Clothing Brand

Hello, we run a clothing brand and need someone reliable and organized to help bring creators into our monthly retainer program. You’ll communicate with creators, negotiate rates, prepare contracts, and keep the onboarding process moving.

Pay: $4 per hour
Long Term Role, not short term job (very important)
Schedule: Split shift, with availability required for both:

Morning: 10 AM–2 PM EST

Evening: 8 PM–11 PM EST

Your responsibilities:

Reach out to approved creators and manage replies on TikTok and Instagram.

Discuss monthly video deliverables, negotiate rates within our guidelines, and flag offers that need management approval.

Prepare quotes for creators and keep our Google Sheets tracker updated with rates, deliverables, and each creator’s progress.

Follow up on unanswered messages, pending offers, and unsigned contracts.

Move interested creators into Instagram group chats.

Customize our contract template with each creator’s agreed rates and deliverables, check the details, and send through DocuSign.

Collect product selections and shipping details, draft Shopify gifting orders, and coordinate the handoff to our onboarding team.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent written English. You should be able to hold natural conversations and negotiate confidently. Texting should be fast.

Strong attention to detail, especially with rates, contracts, and tracker updates.

Someone who follows up consistently without needing reminders.

Comfortable managing multiple creator conversations at once.

Experience with Google Sheets and social media messaging. Shopify, DocuSign, or creator outreach experience is a plus.

Our current team member will train you on the full process. We need someone who can learn it, take ownership, and make sure creators don’t get left waiting.
