We are looking for an **experienced Virtual Assistant** to help operate and grow a professional **ticket resale business**.

⚠️ **This is NOT a basic data-entry position.**

We are looking for someone with **real-world ticket resale/brokering experience** who can research events, identify potential buying opportunities, analyze market data, monitor inventory, manage pricing, and handle day-to-day ticket operations.

The ideal candidate understands concepts such as:

- Primary vs. secondary inventory
- Sales velocity
- Recent sold data
- Get-in pricing
- Comparable sections and rows
- Price movement
- ROI
- Cost basis and break-even pricing
- Inventory management
- Exit strategy

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research concerts, comedy, sports, and other ticketed events for potential buying opportunities.
- Identify events showing strong demand, declining inventory, increasing prices, or favorable buying conditions.
- Analyze primary inventory on **Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek**, and other primary platforms.
- Analyze secondary-market inventory, recent sales, price trends, and comparable tickets.
- Compare exact **sections, rows, quantities, GA inventory, and sightlines** before recommending purchases.
- Provide a clear **recommended maximum buy price** and expected resale range before purchasing.
- Monitor selected events for ticket drops, price changes, inventory changes, presales, and other opportunities.
- Set up and manage monitoring/alerts using **Phantom Checker, Flare/TicketFlipping, DataIQ**, or similar tools.
- Purchase tickets only after approval unless specifically authorized under predetermined buying rules.
- List legitimately owned inventory through **Lysted**.
- Manage pricing through **UpTick**, taking into account cost basis, break-even price, ROI targets, and exit strategy.
- Monitor existing inventory and recommend repricing when market conditions change.
- Handle ticket delivery and fulfillment accurately and on time.
- Maintain an organized spreadsheet/dashboard tracking:
- Cost
- List price
- Projected payout
- Realized payout
- Profit
- ROI
- Hold time
- Event date
- Provide daily or weekly summaries of opportunities, inventory performance, and tickets requiring attention.

? PURCHASE ANALYSIS REQUIREMENTS

Before recommending any purchase,we expect a clear analysis that includes:

- Event and date
- Ticket type
- Section and row
- Quantity
- Purchase cost
- Primary inventory situation
- Secondary inventory
- Recent sales velocity
- 7-day sales data, when available
- Current get-in price
- Comparable sold prices
- Current comparable listings
- Expected resale value
- Projected net payout
- Projected ROI
- A short explanation of why the ticket should be purchased

We want someone who can analyze the opportunity and explain the reasoning behind the purchase,not someone who simply follows ---------- signals.

We are not looking for speculative or ghost-listing strategies where tickets are listed before they are owned.

All inventory listed through our accounts must be **legitimately owned, available, and fulfillable**.

Accuracy, transparency, and proper inventory management are extremely important.
