Our organization is expanding its strategic initiatives team and is currently seeking two specialized Project Managers to lead our funnel optimization efforts. Because customer acquisition requires targeted expertise at different stages of the buyer’s journey, we are hiring two distinct roles to work in tandem: Show rates and Conversion rates
Project Manager, Show Rates (SRO): We're looking for a detail-driven Project Manager to be the operational backbone of our Show Rates team. In this role, you'll work alongside Show Rates Strategists, Copywriters, and Account Managers to keep all pre-event and post-registration workflows moving — from confirmation sequences and reminder campaigns through day-of execution and no-show follow-up — across a high-volume portfolio of client events.
A great candidate understands that in an event-driven marketing environment, show rate is a revenue number. A registrant who doesn't show is a lost conversion opportunity. Your job is to make sure every touchpoint in the confirmation and nurture sequence launches on time, hits the right audience, and goes out without errors.
Responsibilities: SRO
Own flow end-to-end for all Show Rates team workflows: task creation, assignment, deadlines, follow-up, and accountability across all active client event campaigns

Monitor registrant communication schedules across all active events and flag any gaps, missing assets, or deployment risks before they become problems
Develop a working understanding of each client's event format, audience, and attendance goals well enough to QA nurture sequences and flag messaging that's off-brief
Support Show Rates Strategists by managing all task creation, monitoring, and follow-up tied to active event campaigns

Ability to manage multiple active event calendars and campaign timelines simultaneously without losing track of deadlines
Calm under pressure — event dates don't move, and you'll need to solve problems quickly when production runs tight

Responsibilities: CRO
Own the project management software end-to-end: task creation, assignment, deadlines, follow-up, and accountability across all active CRO client engagements
Coordinate execution across copywriters, designers, developers, and media buyers to keep A/B tests, funnel builds, and page variants launching on schedule
Manage the full QA process for CRO deliverables — landing pages,

Requirements: CRO
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or CRO agency environment
Familiarity with conversion-focused marketing concepts (A/B testing, funnel optimization, landing page best practices) is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss before it goes live
Ability to manage multiple active client workstreams simultaneously without losing details
Quick learner with new software and internal systems
