Job Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll help with our Customer Experience & Operations, communicating with patients in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.

Responsibilities
Schedule patient calls and answer questions by phone, email, and chat about our procedures
Follow up with interested patients who haven’t booked, and stay with them through the full journey
Handle back-office work including medical billing, patient health history, and surgical reports
Support special projects that drive revenue or keep operations organized
