JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! This role is heavily focused on English reading + writing + speaking, quick problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Please do not apply if you have an accent and are not confident in your English skills.

Your skill in English is the #1 biggest thing we will consider for this role. Everything else we'd like you to do, we can teach you. So as long as your English is good, don't worry if you don't have experience in the skills below.

We are a health and fitness company seeking to help deliver an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

What you'll do:
Basic video editing
Respond to customer messages via email, phone, chat, and/or social media (English)
Answer questions clearly, kindly, and confidently
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
Keep notes organized and update simple trackers
Communicate with our internal team to ensure customers are taken care of

Requirements:
- Excellent English reading skills
- Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone).
- Excellent spoken English (for occasional calls or voice notes)
- Able to think quickly and solve problems without freezing
- High attention to detail (you catch mistakes others miss)
- Reliable internet + quiet workspace
- Fast learner, coachable, and able to follow instructions

Hours of this role: Mon–Fri 2pm–10pm EST
