### About Us

We run multiple **8-9 figure DTC brands**

We’re scaling aggressively across DTC, Amazon, retail, and subscription — and we’re looking for an elite **Performance Video Editor / AI Creative Editor** who knows how to create ads that stop the scroll, hold attention, and drive revenue.

This is **NOT a traditional video editing role.**

We care about performance: **hooks, watch time, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.**

We are specifically looking for someone who combines excellent direct-response editing with advanced AI creative production.

## IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING

One of the biggest things we are looking for is experience creating:

**LONG-FORM 4–5+ MINUTE AI-DRIVEN VIDEOS.**

We especially want to see work involving:

- Suno-generated songs or music
- AI-generated characters
- AI video scenes
- Storytelling across multiple scenes
- AI animation
- Product integration
- Voiceovers
- Sound design
- Traditional editing combined with AI-generated assets

If you have created polished **4–5 minute AI/music-driven videos**, you MUST include a direct link to your best example in your application.

**This will be one of the most important factors we review.**

## The Role

We’re hiring a Performance Video Editor to create conversion-focused ad creatives for:

- Meta / Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Reels & Shorts
- Other paid social channels

You’ll work directly with our growth and creative teams to develop, test, and iterate concepts designed to scale.

You should understand:

- Direct-response advertising
- Consumer psychology
- Viral short-form content
- Performance marketing
- Fast creative iteration and testing
- AI-powered creative production

You should be able to turn raw footage, UGC, creator content, product footage, and AI-generated assets into **ads that sell.**

## What You'll Create

? UGC-style performance ads
? Talking-head ads
? AI avatar ads
? B-roll-driven ads
? Motion graphics and animated ads
? Live-action + AI hybrid creatives
? AI-generated characters and animation
? **4–5+ minute AI/music-driven advertisements**
? **Suno-based storytelling and creative concepts**
? Longer-form VSLs
? Multiple variations of winning ads for rapid testing

## What You'll Do

- Edit high-converting paid social ads
- Create 4–5+ minute long-form AI videos
- Create music-driven ads using Suno and similar tools
- Generate AI video scenes, characters, avatars, voiceovers, images, and concepts
- Combine live-action footage with AI-generated assets
- Create strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and CTAs
- Turn winning ads into multiple new variations
- Work closely with media buyers and our growth team
- Analyze winning creatives and identify repeatable patterns
- Use performance data to improve future creative
- Stay ahead of new AI video and creative tools

## What We're Looking For

- Strong portfolio of performance-driven ads
- Ideally **5+ years of DTC/e-commerce video editing experience**
- Experience creating Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ads
- Excellent understanding of direct-response marketing
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, and conversion
- Experience creating **3–5+ minute long-form videos**
- Strong generative AI experience
- Ability to maintain characters/products consistently across AI scenes
- Ability to combine traditional editing and AI assets seamlessly
- Ability to work quickly and maintain high creative output
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working with performance data

## Editing Tools

You should be highly proficient in one or more of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro

## AI Tools

We strongly prefer candidates who actively use **multiple AI tools**, such as:

- Higgsfield
- Suno
- ElevenLabs
- Midjourney
- HeyGen
- Kling
- Runway
- Veo
- Sora
- Gemini / Nano Banana
- Flux
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Topaz
- Similar emerging AI platforms

We especially want someone who understands the **strengths and weaknesses of multiple AI platforms** — not someone who relies on one tool's default style.
