JOB OVERVIEW

The Project Manager runs multiple concurrent NetSuite and Salesforce client engagements — implementations, optimization, and ongoing support — from setup to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up projects, build and manage project plans with milestones, owners and dates.
- Lead status meetings; compile and present status reports.
- Quote and track development stories through to production.
- Manage the client support process and monitor the client support case queue.
- Compile and distribute budget-versus-actual reports and project related analyses.
- Manage, update and report on resource allocations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
- NetSuite certifications preferred, but not required.
- Professional, articulate, and confident communicating with executive leadership.
