Email
Production: Build newsletters and emails from approved copy and existing templates; prepare previews and test emails for review before scheduling or sending.

Publishing & Scheduling: Prepare approved social posts, Google Business Profile updates and event listings; publish or schedule only after the required approval.

Image Preparation: Resize, crop, compress and organize supplied images; follow naming conventions and add appropriate alt text using our guidelines.

Task & Publishing Records: Keep ClickUp tasks, publishing logs and relevant Airtable records current. Track time accurately and document completed work.

Quality Checks: Check headings, spacing, images, links and desktop/mobile previews. Flag missing content, inconsistencies or issues before marking work ready for review.

Process Improvement: Follow SOPs and checklists, ask when instructions are unclear, and help document useful improvements as you learn recurring tasks.

Qualifications
Experience: Hands-on experience publishing content in WordPress or supporting digital content production. Share examples of work you personally completed.

Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with WordPress editing and Canva or similar image tools. Beaver Builder or Elementor experience is helpful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Comfort with Google Workspace, plus your own reliable computer and internet connection.

Qualities:
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
Reliable communication, accurate time tracking and willingness to flag tasks taking longer than expected before using additional time.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality work.
