# Digital Designer
## Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded **Digital Designer** to develop high-quality visual materials across digital, web, print and physical brand touchpoints.
The role covers **graphic design, website design, UI/UX, branding, marketing collateral and corporate materials**. You should be comfortable taking an idea or business requirement and turning it into clean, professional and user-friendly designs.
## Key Responsibilities
### Brand & Corporate Design
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company materials.
- Design **name cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders and other corporate stationery**.
- Create brochures, flyers, fact sheets, reports, proposals and corporate profiles.
- Design signage, banners, posters, event backdrops and other physical marketing materials.
- Prepare branded templates for documents, presentations and communications.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent use of fonts, colours, logos and layouts.
- Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and production.
- Liaise with printers and external vendors where required and review proofs before production.
### Website & Digital Design
- Design and improve company websites and landing pages.
- Create page layouts, graphics, icons, banners and other digital assets.
- Maintain consistent visual presentation across websites.
- Work with developers or website platforms to translate designs into working pages.
- Ensure websites are responsive and work well across desktop and mobile.
- Continuously improve website usability, navigation and presentation.
### UI/UX & Product Design
- Design interfaces for client portals, dashboards and internal digital tools.
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
- Improve user journeys and simplify complex processes.
- Design forms, workflows, dashboards and information displays that are intuitive and easy to use.
- Work with technology and automation teams when new digital products or features are being developed.
### Marketing & Content Design
- Create graphics and visual content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Turn written content into engaging visual formats, including carousels, infographics and short-form graphics.
- Design marketing campaigns, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Support launches, announcements, events and thought-leadership content.
- Create event invitations, programmes, presentation materials and branded merchandise artwork.
- Produce simple video, animation or motion graphics where appropriate.
### Presentations & Business Materials
- Design professional PowerPoint and presentation decks.
- Improve the visual quality of proposals, pitches and client materials.
- Develop reusable templates to enable teams to produce consistent materials efficiently.
- Convert complex information into clear charts, diagrams and visual explanations.
### AI-Assisted Design
- Use AI-enabled design tools to improve the speed and quality of design production.
- Experiment with new tools for image generation, layout, content creation and prototyping.
- Develop efficient and repeatable design workflows.
- Maintain appropriate human review and quality control over AI-generated materials.
## Requirements
- Experience in digital, graphic, web or UI/UX design.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with tools such as **Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite** or equivalent.
- Experience preparing artwork for both **digital use and professional printing**.
- Ability to design responsive websites and digital interfaces.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and attractive designs.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Webflow, Wix, WordPress or similar website platforms.
- HTML/CSS or basic front-end development.
- Video editing and motion graphics.
- AI image and design tools.
- Designing SaaS platforms, customer portals or dashboards.
- Print production and working with printers or production vendors.
- Professional services, technology, financial services or B2B businesses.
