JOB OVERVIEW

About us
Isla Active is an activewear brand based in Koh Samui, Thailand. We're scaling paid social ads on Meta, TikTok and Instagram Reels, and we're looking for a highly experienced AI fashion video specialist to produce photorealistic ad creatives.

The project
We'll give you reference videos from other clothing and activewear brands. For each one, you will:

Swap the face of the content creator with our Thai model's face. The result must be fully photorealistic, with natural skin texture, lighting match, expressions, lip and eye movement, and no flicker or artifacts across frames.
Swap the clothing in the video for our own Isla Active pieces, using our product photos. The colors, fabric texture, seams, logos and fit must be accurate, and the fabric must move naturally with the body (stretch, folds, motion during exercise).
Deliver ad-ready edits in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, with hooks, captions, text overlays and music where needed.
Produce multiple variations per concept for A/B testing.

The final output must not look AI-generated. This is the most important requirement.

Must-have experience

High-level, proven experience in AI fashion video content creation. We need garment swapping in motion, not just static images.
Advanced AI face-swap skills for video, with consistent identity across shots and multiple videos.
Expert command of current AI video and image tools (video-to-video, inpainting, character consistency, upscaling, frame interpolation). Please list your exact stack.
Strong traditional editing and compositing skills (After Effects, DaVinci, Premiere or similar) to clean up artifacts and color-grade the final output.
Experience producing short-form performance ads for ecommerce or DTC brands.

Nice to have

Activewear, sportswear or athleisure experience
Experience with Asian or Thai models
ComfyUI or custom workflow building
Ability to train custom character or product models (LoRA or similar)

Paid test task
Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test: one 10–15 second reference clip with a face swap to our model and a garment swap to an Isla Active outfit. We'll hire based on realism.

Engagement
Freelance or contract, remote, with ongoing monthly volume for the right person.
