# Real Estate Wholesaling Specialist

**US Shift | Remote**

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Wholesaling Specialist / Acquisition Specialist who can identify motivated sellers, build strong relationships, negotiate deals, and generate consistent wholesale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with motivated real estate sellers.
* Identify and qualify potential wholesale deals.
* Build rapport with sellers and understand their motivation, timeline, and property condition.
* Evaluate properties using ARV, comps, price points, and market information
* Negotiate with sellers to secure profitable deals.
* Manage leads using CRM systems, dialers, and real estate platforms.
* Work toward generating at least 1 solid wholesale deal per week
* Target wholesale fees of $10,000–$15,000+ per closed deal
* Coordinate and understand different transaction strategies, including:
* Double Closings
* Seller Financing
* Subject-To Transactions
* Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and deal records.

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, acquisitions, or inside sales preferred.
* Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling and sales processes.
* Experience with XLeads, BatchLeads, PropStream, PropWire, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of motivated sellers, ARV, comparable properties, property condition, and seller timelines
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent phone presence with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
* Comfortable working with CRMs, dialers, lead-generation platforms, and online communication tools
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
* Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work environment.
* Willingness to work the US night shift
