JOB OVERVIEW

We're not hiring an employee. We're looking for the next member of a small, fast-moving team building viral, product-driven content — and we want you to grow with us.

About us

We create short-form organic content (10–15s clips) for viral, in-demand products. Our videos get real, serious view counts, and we're scaling fast. We're a small, tight group that moves quickly and cares more about results and hunger than titles or years of experience alone.

What you'll do

Generate and adapt AI-driven images and videos using Higgsfield and similar AI tools

Edit fast-paced, scroll-stopping short-form video content in CapCut

Take raw reference content and winning formats and turn them into polished, on-brand content — AI-generated and edited — ready to publish

Write and refine detailed prompts to replicate specific scenes, actions, and product placements with precision

Work directly from creative briefs and reference videos/images, iterating quickly until the AI output and final edit match the winning format

What we're looking for

Real, hands-on experience generating images and videos with AI tools — Higgsfield experience is a big plus

Comfortable editing in CapCut day to day

Strong prompt-writing skills and an eye for matching reference content exactly (composition, lighting, motion, product detail)

A fast learner — we'll hand you a lot of resources, training, and direct feedback, and we need someone who absorbs it quickly and runs with it

Hungry, ambitious, not satisfied with the status quo — someone who wants to build real skill and real income, not just clock in

What you'll get

Fully remote — work from anywhere, no physical presence required

Base pay + uncapped performance bonuses — we pay bonuses tied to view milestones on the content you produce, so the better your work performs, the more you earn

Direct, 1-on-1 access to the founder — regular calls (roughly every other day) to review your work, sharpen your skills, and walk through strategy together

A real growth path — as you prove yourself, there's a clear path to stepping into a lead role, mentoring and overseeing other editors/AI content creators on the team

A seat on the team, not just a task queue — we're building something together, and early, strong performers grow with us

The AI tools you have used or experimented with so far (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).

Next Step (Quick Skill Assessment):

Shortlisted applicants will receive a DM with a private Google Drive containing raw clips, a reference image or video, and a product to work with. You will be asked to complete a quick test — editing a 12–15s clip in CapCut and/or generating an AI image or short clip replicating the reference as closely as possible (takes roughly 15–20 minutes).

Note: This is a short, unpaid skill evaluation to verify editing pacing, prompt-writing ability, and attention to detail before the 1-on-1 interview. You are welcome to add a watermark over your test output.
