JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing DTC e-commerce company looking for a **full-time Video Editor with strong AI video generation skills**.

AI content creation is the priority. You should be able to create high-quality AI footage across different styles, then turn that footage into polished, fast-paced ads.

What You'll Create

We produce AI video in styles including:

- **Ultra-realistic:** footage that is extremely difficult to distinguish from real video
- **Claymation**
- **Pixar-style / high-end 3D animation**
- **3D medical, anatomical, X-ray and skeleton visuals**
- **AI-generated B-roll**
- Other creative AI visual styles as concepts require

We have one important rule:

AI should either look extremely realistic OR deliberately stylized and clearly artificial.

We do **not** want the uncanny middle ground where footage is supposed to look real but obviously looks AI-generated.

What We Need From You

You should be able to:

- Generate high-quality AI video and images
- Work with the latest AI models and quickly learn new ones
- Follow detailed creative briefs accurately
- Turn around work quickly and reliably
- Create multiple variations from your own work
- Iterate quickly when we find a concept, visual or ad that performs
- Work independently and suggest better creative solutions when appropriate
- Edit complete advertisements when needed

Our target production volume is approximately **5–7 videos per week**, including variations of existing videos.

Editing Skills

AI generation is the priority, but you should also be comfortable with:

- Cutting and assembling ads
- Strong pacing
- Animated captions
- Basic motion graphics
- Minor VFX
- Sound effects and sound design
- Music
- Transitions
- Colour correction/grading
- Stabilisation and footage cleanup

Premiere Pro and After Effects experience is preferred, especially because we need complete editable working files.

AI Tools

You should be comfortable working across the current generation of leading AI tools rather than depending on only one platform.

Our current workflow includes tools such as:

- Higgsfield
- Seedance
- Nano Banana
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- ElevenLabs

Experience with other leading video/image generation models such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, ComfyUI or similar tools is a plus.

We can provide required subscriptions when necessary, but **we prefer someone who already has an established AI production workflow and their own tools/subscriptions.**

The same applies to stock footage, music and asset subscriptions.

File Delivery

We care strongly about organised, reusable source material.

For completed work, you may be required to provide:

- Final export **with music and captions**
- Final export **without music and captions**
- Clean AI-generated footage
- Clean source footage/selects, trimmed, stabilised, colour-graded and ready for reuse
- Premiere/After Effects or other project files
- All project assets
- Prompts and generation settings
- Source/reference images
- Music and SFX files
- Editable captions

Your work should be organised so another editor can easily open the project and continue working from it.

You do not need to have 10 years of experience.

Strong previous experience is preferred, but a highly capable intermediate editor who learns extremely quickly is also welcome.

There is **no requirement to work Netherlands/European hours**. You can work according to your normal schedule as long as communication and delivery are reliable.
