JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a motivated VA to represent and start thoughtful conversations with leads via Instagram.

What you will be doing:
You will be sending up to 80 thoughtful messages to local prospects each day, following our warm DM framework, and tracking conversations carefully. The goal is human connection and getting phone numbers from potential leads—not spam.

Skills required:

- You must have previous Instagram DM outreach or appointment-setting experience
- You must understand how to identify local business owners, service-based companies, and brands to personalize a first message
- You must be dependable, follow the approved DM framework, and meet daily outreach and tracking requirements
- You must have excellent English, good judgment, and a helpful, confident, conversational communication style

Pay $300 base per month + bonus structure to make $500+ a month
Bi-weekly pay via Paypal or Wise.
