Part-Time Kajabi & Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Philippines — remote

Schedule: Agreed daytime overlap with Australian and Phuket, Thailand working hours

About the role
The Mindset Specialists is preparing to launch an online course business in February 2027. Much of the course content is already filmed, and we’re looking for an experienced, organised person to help bring the business to life.
Strong Kajabi skills and a practical understanding of digital marketing are essential. You should understand how sales pages,
You’ll work with:
Scott: Founder, subject-matter expert and course creator.
Jacki: Marketing strategy, messaging and direction.
Von: Course-video editor.
You’ll take ownership of the technical setup and day-to-day execution, working within agreed priorities and hours.
What you’ll do
Build and manage Kajabi
Build and maintain the website, waitlist page and sales pages.
Organise course modules and upload approved videos, audio and resources.
Configure products, offers, payment plans and checkout.
Set up
Connect domains, business
Set up the agreed community and live-call arrangements.
Test signups, purchases,
Support marketing and the launch
Work closely with Jacki on messaging, copy and campaigns.
Prepare first drafts of sales-page copy,
Implement feedback and manage formatting, scheduling and publishing.
Create professional graphics in Canva and repurpose supplied content.
Coordinate testimonials and publish approved social proof.
Assist with advertising setup and reporting under Jacki’s direction.
Track signups, sales and basic campaign performance.
Keep the project moving
Maintain the Google Sheets launch tracker and meet agreed deadlines.
Coordinate files, content and approvals with Scott, Jacki and Von.
Flag missing information or delays early and suggest practical solutions.
Handle routine student login, access and support enquiries.
Document recurring processes.
Provide a concise weekly update on completed work, next priorities and blockers.
Essential skills and experience
Proven, hands-on Kajabi proficiency. You can build pages, courses, offers,
Sound digital marketing knowledge, including funnels,
Experience supporting an online course, membership or digital-product business.
Strong written English and the ability to prepare clear, useful copy drafts.
Confidence using Canva, Google Drive and Google Sheets.
A good eye for clean design, consistency and detail.
The ability to troubleshoot routine issues and work independently.
Reliable internet and your own computer.
Useful additional experience: Meta Ads Manager, campaign reporting, basic tracking and simple video repurposing.
You don’t need to be an expert in every marketing discipline. Jacki guides strategy and messaging, Scott provides and approves the teaching content, and Von handles the main video editing.

We value clear communication, initiative and follow-through. You’ll receive direction and feedback, then take responsibility for getting the agreed work completed.
Scott is not technical, so you’ll need to explain things patiently and in plain English.
The role starts at 20 hours per week. We’ll agree weekly priorities and realistic deadlines together. Please flag workload constraints early.
