JOB OVERVIEW

Title: TikTok Manager for Beachfront Wellness Resort in Tulum, Mexico (Part-Time, Long-Term)
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible. Some overlap with Tulum business hours (Mexico, UTC-5) for replying to DMs.
About us
Amansala is a beachfront wellness retreat and beach club in Tulum, Mexico
We want TikTok to bring us more guests. We need someone who can take our raw video, turn it into TikToks people stop scrolling for, and make sure every guest question gets answered.
What you'll do
• Edit raw clips from our team in Tulum into 4 to 5 TikToks per week
• Write captions and pick hashtags and trending sounds
• Schedule and post through TikTok Business Center
• Reply to comments and DMs within a few hours, and send booking questions to our reservations team
• Watch what's trending in travel and wellness and suggest ideas for our team to film
• Send a short weekly report: views, followers, top video, and how many DMs asked about booking
You're a fit if you
• Have grown a TikTok account for a brand, ideally travel, hotel, fitness or wellness. Send links.
• Edit fast and well in CapCut or similar
• Write natural, friendly English. Spanish is a big plus.
• Know TikTok trends and understand what makes people watch to the end
• Are reliable and communicate clearly when you'll be late or offline
How to apply
