JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time VA to support our growing construction and property management company.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and send customer/vendor invoices
- Track projects, jobs, expenses, and payments
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and organized digital folders
- Work in QuickBooks, including transaction categorization and reconciliation
- Maintain job records and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Good English communication
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Construction/company bookkeeping experience is a plus
