JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Manpower Agency Manager with strong knowledge of recruiting and deploying Filipino workers to Japan.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a licensed recruitment or manpower agency
• Strong background in Japan-bound worker recruitment and deployment
• Knowledge of DMW requirements, documentation, accreditation, and deployment procedures
• Familiar with Japanese employer and partner agency coordination
• Experience managing recruitment, processing, compliance, and deployment operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to help establish and manage agency processes and systems
Experience handling Japan deployment is required.
