JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced YouTube documentary editor to join our team. You’ll receive video reference, the script (also voiceover if necessary) . You'll handle the entire video production: footage/B-roll, pacing, sound design, music, graphics, animations and final editing. We’re looking for someone who: * Has already worked with successful YouTube channels * Has experience editing documentary / storytelling content * Can show us viral videos they personally edited * Can provide 2+ client/channel references or testimonials * Has strong storytelling and retention instincts *

Uses AI only when it genuinely helps - the final product must still feel human * Is reliable, professional and genuinely committed Workload: ideally 3 videos/week.
