Upspect Home Inspections is a growing home inspection company in Arizona, USA, with a 5-star Google rating and 350+ reviews. We are hiring one Phone Scheduling Coordinator for a permanent weekend shift (Friday to Monday) to answer our business line, book inspections, and win business from the real estate agents and homebuyers who call us.

This is a VOICE role. Most of your shift is live on the phone with Americans: agents booking inspections, buyers asking questions, and call-backs to online leads. Every call is a chance to earn a booking. If you have years on a US voice account and callers never guess you are overseas, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer every inbound call LIVE on our US business line (Quo/OpenPhone). We do not let calls go to voicemail and text back later.
- Book inspections in Spectora (we will train you), verifying every detail: address, square footage, year built, access, agent and client contacts.
- Quote pricing accurately and offer add-on services (sewer scope, pool, termite, and more).
- Turn price-shoppers into bookings: handle objections, offer alternatives, and ask for the booking.
- Call online leads back within minutes and follow up on unclosed quotes.
- Coordinate day-of logistics with our inspectors by text and Slack.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- CLEAR, NATURAL, EASILY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. This is the #1 requirement. Our customers are Americans and they must understand you easily on the first try. Neutral accent, confident, warm, and professional. We test this before we look at anything else.
- GREAT PHONE SKILLS. 2+ years on a US-facing VOICE account (customer service, scheduling, sales, insurance, telecom, healthcare). Chat-only or email-only experience does not count.
- SELLING SKILLS (strongly preferred). Experience in inbound or outbound sales, appointment setting, or anything where you were measured on closing.
- FULLY PRESENT FOR YOUR WHOLE SHIFT. A private, quiet workspace where you can take calls for the entire shift without interruptions or household responsibilities. You must be at your desk and available on the phone from clock-in to clock-out.
- Reliable attendance. You show up for every shift, on time, every time.
- Detail-oriented: you repeat details back, double-check, and never guess.
- Stable internet (25 Mbps+), USB noise-cancelling headset, and backup power/internet.

SCHEDULE (PERMANENT WEEKEND SHIFT, FRIDAY TO MONDAY)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week: four 10-hour shifts, every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Arizona = Saturday 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM Manila
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona = 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM Manila (starting Saturday and Sunday night)
- Monday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona = Monday 10:00 PM to Tuesday 8:00 AM Manila
- Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Arizona time).
- This is a permanent schedule that includes EVERY weekend. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so Manila is always 15 hours ahead and these times never change.

WHAT YOU GET
