JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to keep every project on track and every deadline visible. Long-term role, and we promote from within.
The job:
• Keep the master project tracker current: tasks, owners, dates, status
• Follow up before deadlines slip and flag blockers early
• Run check-ins and send leadership a weekly status summary
• Keep SOPs, checklists and shared folders organized
You need:
• 2+ years in project coordination or operations support
• A tracker other people relied on (Asana, ClickUp, ---------- or spreadsheets)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets
• Confident written and spoken English
• 50 Mbps download minimum, laptop or desktop, headset with microphone
• Full-time EST availability, with no other job or classes
