JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Email Copywriter Specialist who can create compelling, conversion-focused copy for email campaigns and social media while adapting their writing to different brands, audiences, and tones of voice.

What You'll Do
Write engaging copy for email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows.
Develop subject lines, preheaders, headlines, hooks, CTAs, and body copy that encourage engagement and conversions.
Create social media captions and short-form content for different platforms and brand audiences.
Adapt copy to different brand voices, industries, customer personas, and marketing goals.
Work closely with designers, Project Managers, and clients to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life.
Research products, audiences, competitors, and market trends to develop relevant and effective messaging.
Review and improve copy based on client feedback and campaign performance.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support research, brainstorming, editing, and content development.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality across different brands.
Stay up to date with ecommerce, email marketing, social media, and copywriting trends.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in email marketing, copywriting, social media, or a similar role.
Excellent written English with strong grammar, storytelling, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of persuasive and conversion-focused copywriting.
Experience writing for ecommerce, Shopify, DTC, or consumer brands.
Ability to understand different audiences and adapt messaging accordingly.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to receive and implement feedback.
Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach to work.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously with a distributed team.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools as part of your writing workflow.

Nice to Have
Experience working with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
Experience with email flows and automations.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ecommerce marketing.
Experience with Canva or other creative tools.
Basic understanding of SEO.
Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients.
Experience writing for Shopify brands or other DTC businesses.
